Payment and Refund Terms

Purchases on MY-STYLE.AI are for in-service digital goods and actions: virtual currency usable within the service, and features or actions (such as boosts) that apply within the service. These are goods and actions inside this platform only. They are not voting rights, donations, or contributions of any kind toward any artist, group, or agency, and no part of your payment is transferred to any artist or agency.

The seller of record for all purchases on this platform is DH, the operator of MY-STYLE.AI, registered at 4F, Daesung Building, 6 Dasan-ro 40-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul (Sindang-dong), Republic of Korea. Payment transactions are processed on our behalf by third-party payment processors; a processor's name may appear during checkout or, in some cases, alongside ours on your card or payment statement. Regardless of which processor handles the transaction, your purchase is from DH, and DH is responsible for the service, for billing questions, and for refunds. Outside the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, if you purchase virtual currency or a paid feature and have not used any of it, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase. EU/EEA and United Kingdom consumers may request a refund for unused paid virtual currency within 14 days of the purchase. Refund requests go to [email] with the account email and the purchase in question; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Where local consumer-protection law gives you a broader refund or withdrawal right than stated here, that law prevails. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory right you hold in your country of residence.

Virtual currency that has been spent, and features or actions that have been used or consumed (for example, a boost that has been applied), are not refundable.
